So, very small update for now, have done the bases of the unfinished minis

The "standard" bases, the R2 was done by Simon/Elysium64, thanks, Simon :)

And the "sand" bases, am curious how they will come out painted

So, tomorrow willbe priming-time

Thanks guys  :)

The funny thing about R2 was that I allready started building one myself using a oildrum as well, and then, a few days later I saw the one Simon had built on the bazar.
So i got him  :D

I also bought this one from him, to be used as 3PO:

But he is quite tall compared to the other minis I'm using.
So I'm wondering if I should shorten him or if I should use something like the Fembot from Reapers Chronoscope  :?

The C3PO is quality!  If he really needs to be shortened could you chop down some of the central torso? It's too cool a figure not to use.

You're right, guys, he's a to great model not to use.
So I've cutted him into pieces ;)

Tomorrow I'll remove the paint and build him up again  :)

Oh, it's just like Bespin all over again! You need a Wookie to put him back together.

A bold but worthwhile move Tobias.
