Very nice!

As far as I have seen in your blog they are regular army of the line.
I do not know exctly the colour of the coat, but my reference shows the 1st foreign legion regimentin 1832 in dark blue.
Possibly in 1830 they had sky blue.

Hello thank you for your answers!
The colour of french line infantry is dark blue (my photograph is awfull!!!!!) you're right, French foreign legion wore the same dress except buttons( :D)!
The mini's are Perry french infantry 1815 (plastic box!)

i'll try "isabelinos" but equipment is not correct for centre compagnies (two white cartridge box belt  for spanish and one for french!)So i took french 1815, in plastic, the only change is the two ranks of buttons to cut for one!And for "light infantery ", as for first empire,  you have to cut the "parements de manches" (Sorry i don't know the words in english!! :')

"parements de manches" = lapels  ;)
"The enemy? His sense of duty was no less than yours, I deem. You wonder what his name is, where he came from. And if he was really evil at heart. What lies or threats led him on this long march from home. If he would not rather have stayed there ... in peace. War will make corpses of us all."

A very colourful era, but one completely unknown in the English-speaking world.

What will you use for Arabs?

I will use perry bashi buzuk, ri raf morrocan's with long riffles , some perry crusades muslims for command, perhaps old glory turcs from XVIII / XIX range?

thank you!
i explain the differences beetween turkish,  arabian mob and "kabyles". i use perry's wonderfull mini's for colorfull turkish troops (with a "too much" balkanish dressing :'(!) and rif raf mini's for kabyle. These once were berberian people, like most of the morrocans tribes. They use to be mercenaries or pirats for all turkish lords (tunis/alger).

I had a new post few minutes ago wich talk about insiration books! but i'm afraidit is all in french and very hard to translate!

regards
paco
