At least she's just the girlfriend, wait till you have a wife checking each package of "nice little toy soldiers" followed by "so now what are you getting me?" Enjoy your freedom while you have it.

Ps if/when you get married have lots of boys then you get years of "honesty Love I'm just building up our son's army." She see's right though it but it helps.

However, she has just started painting up some of Eureka's Teddy Bear cowboys and spent 30 quid on buildings for them!

I’ve ordered mine just a few hours (or minutes…) after they were advertised in the "Bazaar of Obscurities". I’m still waiting for them because the postal service in this city is EXTREMELY slow compare to were I was living before…

   Exactly right! I always include a few things for myself when buying stuff for young Minimus. Happily the missus couldn't tell a Sikh from a Space Marine, so I tend to get away with it

Hey guys, I know it's kind of silly, but I really would appreciate an email heads-up when your minis arrive.  I aim for 100% satisfaction, and it's a big relief when I learn that your package arrived.  Otherwise I'll be sending annoying emails asking after them.   

I'll also be very interested to hear if anyone ran into customs problems.

Got mine today. Very clean castings and they look as nice in person as they do in the pictures. Mounting them up now for painting, very happy with them.
