Gluteus has promised to make us one. :D

Haven't you Gluteus ???

 What? :o :? >:(

Must be really going senile, as I can't remember saying that  lol

Shouldn't be too difficult, as it's mainly squares and rectangles. Simple plank doors and unglazed windows and no silly pointy roofs or pantiles. That exposed brickwork looks like it could be a swine, though - there's a lot of it. If I can find a local supplier for foamcore (seriously  :( ) and a quick way of doing the bricks, it might just be possible.

Don't hold your breath though  lol

Yes, apologies to Svennn for not having much time to talk, but I was stitched up by being given the busiest part of our battle and was a bit worse the wear from too much beer and curry the night before  :(

I was even worse off Sunday morning after an enormous Chinese buffet meal lol

Good books!

Lucky to have the first ever "New World" fort here (St. Augustine)

Nice deal, every August, the National Clay Court Championships for my age division is in Augustine, right when David Alan Coe is in town for the month.

So we get to play tennis, hang out at the fort, and listen to some old bootstompin' music  every night for a week, or until I get beat in the tennis tourney, whichever comes first!!
Reigning USTA Florida, and National 50+ Singles Champion  (tennis)  TWO Time Florida 50+ Singles Champion!  Just won State 2019!

So far, so good. Here is the barracks section. Easier than I thought and with no damage to fingers etc so far  ;)   lol

Will try and post pics of it painted soon  :)

 lol

Nick, I can't promise I'll get the figures painted soon. I am Captain Slow of Slow-motionland when it comes to painting stuff  ::)
I'll try and get some done ASAP though  ;)

Smokey,

Brickwork is foamcore, but a scalpel was used to prise off a corner and then peel off the card layer on one side leaving the foam exposed. The brickwork is scribed in using a dental tool with a roundish end.

Toughen up, my arse!  >:(   ;)

I had 9 years in the army consuming beer and curry at every possible opportunity. Sadly with old age rapidly approaching my poor old bod is starting to feel the pain  lol

GM, old fruit, that is really rather spiffing   :)

Overlord, Lord High God-Commander of the hand-inscribed-brick foam building scene will be purring with delight at a new practitioner.

Looking forward to the finished product. But that's impressive so far.
