It's a Jada Toys "Battle Machines" '57 Chevy Bel Air: http://www.jadaclub.com/index.php?cPath=394_395

I just bought this one and the '57 Chevy yellow cab yesterday at WalMart for $3 each. (The Jada site claims they're 1/64 scale, but they seem bigger than that. Maybe 1/50?)
