I like him!

Reminds me strangely of Brian Blessed even though there isn't much of a resemblance - perhaps its the stance!  ;D

Just realized I never posted the mayor's portrait and write up here. Now he's dead, but I guess it's better late than never? =)

So you can never use him again ? If you pass him on to me, I will dispose of the remains in an appropriate way.

Nice job on the Mayor and I'm pleased that an unscrupulous politician got et by Zombies. Pity that doesn't happen more often IRL.  :) Those ronin look very nice. I'm looking forward to seeing how your next adventure work outs.

Cheers guys, need some motivation to get going on the next scenario! =)

Very kind of you, offering to help, WK. ;) When I say never use again, I mean he won't be used in campaign play. Now he goes in the collection for pick up and play games or special scenarios. That's actually the main purpose of this project; to build a nice painted metal collection of old Citadel minis to use instead of my plastic prepaints. =)

Those ronin look very nice.
Yup, really glad I got them - I think LeadAsbestos did a great job on their paintjobs!

New addition to the Stillburg heroes today. An old Jes Goodwin sculpt, from the C01 range (and from McDeath scenario pack as well). In Stillburg, she goes by the name of "Crazy" Macy Sonnenshield. Thanks LeadAsbestos, for the mini!

Good punning! Although I might have tried to come up with something about her skin-hugging chaimail leggings...  ;)

Brain not quite being in gear I'll just say - Great PJ and a lovely mini - turquoise sets off the red hair very nicely!  :-*

Nice project you have going here.  Love all the skeletons... have always wanted to do a skeleton army myself.  Congrats on getting married a while back too!

I really like the colour scheme, may have to nick it for the armoured  contingent of my old sea elves.

Nice old marauder shield there too.

Hawk Turquoise is a great old paint to work with. Would you go with turquoise, gold and "metal"? Could look good on the old elves! Keep me in mind if you have any surplus Sea Elves btw... ;)

Bit of a bastard to paint well though... =/ And of course, it's not exactly contemporary with the model. I don't care much about that - but maybe I should? o_o

No need! She looks fine the way she is. Reminds me of my old D&D days when that mini was our cleric in the group...

Naturally you shouldn't which is why I didn't mention the temporal gaff. ;)

For my sins I do though, only marauder goblins in my collection get marauder shields not the citadel ones. However I'm far from consistent with that approach plenty of my citadel undead sport marauder undead shields but some how that matters less....

I know for a fact my paint pallet does not contain a turquoise, yet I've always liked that particular paint. Time to sort that one out I guess.

Great paintjob. Especially like the shield. Also like the "capricious" house rule.
