Anyone have an Old Glory pompom?
« on: April 15, 2010, 07:17:34 AM »
I've been looking at the Old Glory QF 1-Pounder "Pom Pom" under the 25mm Boer War artillery range for a conversion project, but the project is 28mm and the 25mm worries me. Will it scale right?

If anyone does and it's painted, can you post pictures? I'd love to see it done, it's a beautiful gun.

I bought and assembled a pair many years ago, just because the gun looks so good, but I have never painted them.  They will look fine with your 28mm stuff, imo, because it really is just a very large caliber machine gun on a wheeled carriage.
