I actually gave it some careful thought- Since the overall color scheme of metallic blue and silver was so cold and futuristic, I was looking for ways to add some warmer/more handcrafted-looking elements (leather belts, wooden rifle stock, etc.). There's also very little to distinguish Rocky Rizzo from a standard Galacteer Trooper visually, so I thought that if he had more of a master-crafted weapon, it would help him stand out as a character figure.

What a shame we didn't get a direct match between your entyr, Michael, and Patrick's 
That would have been a comparison worth seeing - two equally beautiful but radically different approaches to the same figures...
Perhaps after the round is ended, we could have a side competition

I rather thought the same thing, Cap' although I'm inclined to think I'd lose head-to-head against Cham's team...

Thanks, Cham'. I love the beautiful smooth tones and the excellent facial detail on yours, too. When you did the troopers in round 8 I wondered if you were going to do the characters in round 9...
