A Maniac 'midst the Cultists: Question

This is one of those obvious questions I'm embarrassed to ask but can't resist asking:
A Maniac (Special: Fear) causes Resolve checks to ALL human models, Lurkers as well as Threshold, yes?

Our second game was an absolute hoot. All bolas missed the Maniac but still many, many critical hits & misses were rolled and added to the see-saw excitement of the game.

Lurkers lost their leader early on, but skilful use of the Maniac made sure that they held the board at the end of the game. Balancing this out, Threshold managed to search all four of the objectives and hauled in two scrolls, one map fragment and one and one-half shoe laces.

Threshold Agents recovered from Minor Injuries and the Lurker Cult Leader (we have decided to give human Lurkers xp) came back from his Major Injury as a Basket Case!

Sounds like a good time! The Maniac (and any Lurker that causes Fear) does indeed force a Resolve test on ANY Human model. Two quick solutions: keep Cult Leader within 5" for Resolve tests or spend the 4BP and get Drug Crazed!!! Make those Cultists immune to resolve... Then the fun can really start! Ia! Ia!

Man, I never find shoelaces. Not even half shoelaces.
