Sorry, I'm a bit late but Westwind also do some villagers in their Nordvolk people in the Dwarf Wars range - armed and unarmed.
And Gripping Beast also do civilains.

No size comp shots, but all of the West Wind Dwarf Wars stuff is really big 28mm.

Yep a tad big or I'd have bought the pony riders by now to go with my older citadels.

If I had no dwarfs I may be tempted by the whole range.
