Nice to see the irregulars, they make the armies more interesting in my opinion.

Ulundi wasn't a particularly noble battle and was probably unecesary but it was certainly decisive and ended the war.

Lovely stuff, Gerard. You have a great 15mm set-up. I love 15mm and usd to do a lot of colonial games with Principles Of War rules in this scale, before my poor old eyes told me 28mm was better. No need to apologize for using 15mm 

However, if I may add some constructive criticism, the ground looks too bare and desert-like for Zululand. There should be more grass and, depending on the season, this could be any shade from straw-yellow to grass green. Southern Africa is often very verdant and having clumps of trees, bushes etc and patches of long grass would make your games look even better.

Dewbakuk is right though, you need a lot more Zulus. "Black as Hell and thick as grass!" is the look to go for

Beautiful, 15mm colonials were my very first army, La Legion Etrangere vs Arabs and British. They are a great size to get lots of troops for the full effect of massed units.
