Hi, can anyone tell me what these flags are like to use? They look really good and im wondering how do you use them? Do you just cut them out and glue to the pole like Freezywater flags or is there another method with these ones?

Actually they are water transfer decals that you must apply to a backing - either a precast metal or plastic banner or just paper, then wrap arround a pole.
