New Elhiem 1968 ARVN Infantry

Does anyone know how these scale up against other vietnam figures currently available?  I'm particularly interested in seeing them against SHQ US infantry.

That's a shame, I was hoping that they would be shorter and of a slighter build.

Ehm, they are. Compared to AB and Elhiems normal work etc they are about a head shorter. Matt made them that way on purpose.

Matt Elhiem himself:

Nice mix eh? Some of the M1 pots look a bit odd in the photos but look better in the flesh. Anyway they should get Piers to spill his coffee over his keyboard when he sees them. Tiny figures only come up to the pilots shoulder LOL. Also look quite fragile so I hope they mould ok.

I know Piers is now working on a full brigade of ARVN, so as soon as they are done I'll ask him for a comparison shot with his other figs, k?

What do you want them compared next too?

As Mr. Wayswatcher mentioned, Im doing mine at the mo... Can photo them next to Britannia US, VC and NVA or Platoon 20. Or any other 20mm make.... I have most!

A comparison between the Elheim, SHQ (US Inf), Qualiticast (Villagers), and Platoon 20 (US) will do nicely if you could manage it.  I don't have any Britannia, when they first came out I already had a bunch of SHQ - and the two definately don't mix.
