Heinrich Kemmler, The Lichemaster
« on: February 25, 2017, 08:59:49 PM »
I've been painting some oldhammer goodness this past week and I got the chance to paint another Lichemaster. Such a paintable model.

I have my own copy of this model sitting in the 'to do' pile making me feel guilty for ignoring him.

Ha, true, but Gnawdoom without Kemler (and Bangrian for that matter) is a lonely existence.
One day :)

I've got Bagrian kicking around but no Gnawdoom. Malis Manwrack is the only old school skaven I own.

Pretty sure I have a spare Gnawdoom you can have, i'll pop him in the post for you, pretty sure I still have your address from the Oldhammer forum.

Thats a cool Heinrich. I really like that guy. I have the next incarnation I believe. I may get onto painting it some time soon I think. My brother had Gnawdoom, the best Skaven mini around I think.

That is a SPLENDID Old Miniature, BEAUTIFULLY painted. Your subdued colors work WONDERFULLY with the nature of the piece. VERY WELL DONE as always!

Great figure, and I love the color palette. Very jealous that not only did you get to paint one for someone else, but you have your own on the table as well! :D

I've painted two now! Here's the first one I did a couple of years ago.

Another commission piece and may have been part payment for my own copy of the model.  :)

Great work on a must-have classic  :). The newly painted one shows a big improvement over the first one ( not that I could paint like the old one, just to say that it is amazing how improvement is still possible after having reached a high level PJ already. The newer one is just more smoother and I see a more clever use of colours ).
