Panzerspahwagen BA 64(r)
« on: 18 May 2010, 10:04:24 PM »
Made this as a ride for my artillery spotter, but should do nicely as a Aufklarer as well. A unarmed one though.

I hope she looks worn and banged up enough for one still running around in the closing days of the war. Model is from Frontline, crewman is courtesy of Elhiem, sent by wormhole

This used the licence plates and name from the Italeri 250 halftrack model, and the white balkenkreuze came from a Hobbymodel kit (big one) and from I-94 decals (small ones). All are the standard soak in water and apply type.

Ah ok, was hoping they would be ones that could be purchased separately! Thanks for letting me know!

Well, Skytrex do a excellent set of licence plates for Wehrmacht vehicles. I have it but sofar have relied on the ones I have left from kits, but with the amount of resin vehicles I intend to build those will run out soon.
