Akula, you said a mouthful there...but I heartily agree.Yes, Hasslefree tend to be on the more spendy side (not compared to GW) but the quality is absolutely worth it.
How do they scale up with copplestone stuff? Are they teeny weenies ??
Didn't mean to rant on (and certainly no offense meant), but its a subject that I've begun to take more than a passing interest in.
...quality comes with a price...
I do have some HF figures which are way to titchy to use with Copplestone's FW stuff, but the Hazmats are a pretty good fit.
quality comes with a price. £4/£4.50 a figure, when you are only going to buy a handful at a time, and the level of sculpting AND casting is so high, is IMHO value for money
I saw them at Triples, but couldn't afford them after already spending £30.00 on their stuff That reminds me, I must have a go at painting their Tardis soon.Hasslefree are going to UK Games Expo, so I'll try and save up and buy some of these there.
That'll be Fenris's Tardis that Kev and Sal stock, credit where credit's due!
My players realized that when my repainted Heroclix AIM Agents show up... they're HAZMAT. I seem to usually go with the cheap.... er... more frugal way of doing things.
You are right, of course. My apologies!Whoever sculpted it, it's still a beautiful little model and I'd recommend it to any Who fan
Except, of course, it's not a TARDIS, but a Glaswegian Police Box, like the ones in Queen Street station and on Buchanan Street. No trademark infringement there, no sir. That's why the front door panels are quite different from anything the BBC has ever used.
