Very nifty idea, as I said on the DWMG list just now.
And yes, a figure list would be quite nice.  I may have to yoink the idea for .45 Adventure or Gloire or somesuch.

Thanks, I'm having a lot of fun with this already, prior to even playing a game!

Figures from Left to Right in the photo:
Ironclad Miniatures, Jeff Valent, Ironclad, Grenadier Nightmare's line, and of course Eureka.

The 2 Ironclad are from their VSF character range:

Sadly I do not see the Jeff Valent miniature on his site anymore.  Once upon a time he had several nicely done gents and ladies.  (I got this one to be Little Red Riding Hood in a duel rescue mission I ran at a convention.  Red lead British soldiers to reach grandma's house and simultaneously some Prussian soldiers were tracking a lost Hansel and Gretel to the gingerbread house.)

The Gent with the stake and mallet is from the Grenadier Nightmares line:

The Eureka miniature is one of 4 called Victorian Lady:

I love your team. A great idea with excellent execution. Of course great minds think alike. I actually got into VSF because I had an idea for Victorian Torchwood. I'll photograph my version of the team sometime.

It seems that my picture has disappeared.

My first baddie to face my Torchwood team, a Weevil made from a heroclix repaint of, I think, a Mr. Hyde miniature.

Can't see the latest one either!

I have looked at your blog. Excellent concept. :)

Great use of the Ironclad men in bowler hats. I also have that old Grenadier figure, but alas he lost his hands - The stake and mallet hands were used to assist in a conversion of Dr Van Helsing... ;)

Looking forward to seeing what creatures they come up against. That Heroclix figure is ideal as Hyde. :)

It's been a year and a half with no updates!  How does this project sit, and would you care to dump your character cards and/or other DWMG stats for this project somewhere here or DWMG-related?

Thanks for the thread resurrection, Froggy! Hadn't seen this before, and glad I finally have!
