Sky Galleons of Mars

I just got a copy of Sky Galleons of Mars.

1. I'm trying to assemble the little ships and have at the moment a pile of plastic parts but no instructions. I have a decent idea of what they should look like because of some of the photos I've seen online, but it would be nice to have an instruction sheet. Anyone have this?

2. The photos I see of ships online look amazing, and they appear to have many more masts, sails, banners, etc, than the plastic parts I have. Do people make these from scratch or do they customize the minis in the boxed set?

Any assistance you can offer would be helpful.

You're bound to get some help with assembly there, if no-one here can help out (I can't, as I have no copy of the game).
Myself, I'm building models in 1/300th scale. Err, trying to build would be more appropriate. The first batch of Hullcutters was started in February and is still sitting on my desk, almost finished. :cry:
Gotta glue on those propeller disks and put up some photos...  :roll:
