Thank you gentlemen  :)

There are:
105 mounted figures, 135 infantry and foot officers, 20 artillerymen supernumeraries, and 6 guns.

The table is 200mm x 120mm (4 x 120mm x 50mm foam boards).

Which manufacturers do the best overall* ECW figures in your opinion? (*Artillery, Infantry and Cavalry)

Do you think that doing the basing on all the figures yourself helps to make the different painting styles come together? (not that yours and Redzed’s are that different)

What size are the bases of the Cavalry figures? (Just out of curiosity)

Calimero, The answer to your questions are:

1. Bicorne, no shadow of a doubt as far as I'm concerned.
2. Yes, there are three painters here, but the unity of the basing helps bring them together.
That said, I did ask Baner and Redzed to take on some of the painting because I liked their styles and thought them not too dissimilar from my own  ;)
3. The horses are mounted on 30mm x 60mm laser cut MDF. The foot are on 25mm washers.

Cheers.

Richard

AMAZING!!!!  :o

If I had any interest in doing the ECW, this would have sent me right out ordering. Everyone of those manufacturers should be begging to use your photos.

Thanks for your answers Richard, that’s much appreciated 8)

Once again, that’s a stunning work… Just complete a project is, in itself, a feat in the wargaming world ;)

The fact that the units aren't in perfect rectangles but individually based makes for the livliness of the scene.

What rules do you intend to use for your large-scale skirmishes?

There is absolutely nothing I can add to the superlatives.  Without doubt the best ECW "game" I have seen!

Absolutely fantastic Richard.  :o

Even though I have seen the terrain and other examples of your painting close up this is still hugely impressive.  The kind of presentation that many here might aspire to. Truly inspirational figures, terrain and photography (and I'm not really into horse & musket at all!)

I am totally stuck for my own words so I will just reuse all of Overlords.

Absolutely fantastic Richard.  :o

What do I need to do to get put in your will and inherit these?

Ditto, I remain speechless...

Outstanding!  Absolutely.  It was a thrill looking at all those pictures.  Your painting style really brings out the detail of the figures.   :-*
