That is an awesome mobile bench.  Nice job!  Always keep the boss happy.  I am in a corner of the laundry room in the basement.  At least it's warm.

Finally built my mobile paint station!

Hooray!
Less marital issues in my household now I can paint downstairs away from my man cave!

Love it : paint = 3 oz, gin & tonic = 8oz

Heavy on the gin light on the tonic!

Thanks all, it seems to be working well, and no paint spillage as yet!

Good job, it looks great.

I like the ideas as I keep getting... some flack... from disappearing in to the work room/office/toy room/spare room.

Just under two years later it comes to fruition.  This hobby is all about patience.

Well done, I hope that the new surroundings inspire you :)

Here's my workspace, an old bureau with a flip down front. This folds up to keep things nice and tidy when not painting, chair tucks away under the computer desk to the right. Paints are in the multi-drawer unit to the left, which is from Ikea but no longer available. Room is reasonably tidy because the house has been decluttered to put it on the market. The lead pile is all boxed up in the garage!

My brother has one of those IKEA desks for other uses and won't part with it for love or money. Wish they'd re-release it!
