My Workbench is in my living room atm:

And it is usually occupied by a cat!

That is Smooshie and he really just wants to sit and be with me when I'm working. . . except he wants to sit right in the middle of the table or in the wet palette ><

Some impressive workbenches (and WIPs) out there!  Thanks for sharing.

Those who are on the tidy end of the spectrum might be interested that Clas Ohlson in the UK are selling organiser cabinets for £9.99.  It seems a good deal to me.

Very

That's the old Wizards of the Coast one from their official D&D or Chainmail line. Lovely piece. I saw it painted up with a bunch of Heresy Hellmites a while back and had to have one.

If you like umber hulks, the one from D&D plastic minis looks pretty good once repainted :

Nice workbenchs on this topic. Funny to see that finally, regardless of the space, there is always only 2 tendancies :

the "organized mess"

the  "surgical"

Thanks for those umber hulk ideas. There seems to be a real lack of good versions of these minis as far as I know

I got an upgrade! I finally decided to expand my hobby real estate. Now I have more space to clutter up. This is my 3rd workbench. Unfortunately I don't have a photo on my first work bench.

Workbench 2.0 - usually it wasn't this messy. This is me throwing various projects on the desk before cleaning and organizing.

Workbench 3.0 - a new table with enough room for painting and a space for building things. I built a paint rack to hold all of my paints. Plus shelving put above for storage.

Unemployment means I finally had time for a good cleaning. Chaos removed, order restored.

Equipment, spare paint, models etc stored in my cabinets (but that has always been this way)

Very nice! Is there a standard template for paint racks? I'm slowly phasing out the Citadel paints and moving to Vallejo, so I'm wondering if there's a template with recommended material to build or buy a paint rack?
