Way too busy:

I didn’t see the kitty at first… I’m guessing that’s the almighty ruler of the little world? ;)

The FFL are painted a long time ago.....

The stuff on the tray are Tamiya dinosaurs, a tip from Dave Phipps, awaiting undercoat.

The tray in front has Westwind Werewolves, a Murch Buddha and an Indian goddess that Dave Bickley gave me, awaiting varnish.

Truly a happy place....

The big box under the bench holds the the ongoing 1/72 WWII Soviet project; lots of armour and resin buildings....
On the bench is a lovely, rich jumble of Elhiem Figures, 1980's Grenadier, Pulp Figures, Fenris, Uncle Mike's, Pardulon, Renedra, Early War Miniatures and some diecast helicopters for Vietnam.
Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

This doubles as my work from home office, so I tend to keep it tidy.

Projects come down from the loft as I am working on them.

I just finished mixing up another half dozen sets of labelled pots (24 pots in total) plus a few metallics. It's very cathartic, but then there's inevitably a moment where I realise I've forgotten to buy the one colour I need to complete a set! Dagnammit!

Fitting them all on the desk has been suspiciously simple thus far.

I can finally see the light at the end of the workbench for my hobby area.  Nearly finished boarding then onto filling gaps and painting.  I will then fit a 3ft deep desk all the way round and sort out storage and shelves.  WIP.  Any Suggestions

Most of my hobby stuff all piled at the Wives end of the roof

OK after going through all 36 pages of this wonderful testament to our collective madness I had to give a tour of my creative laboratory so come on in

My man cave occupies the second floor of our home. I have a very gracious wife who encouraged me to have this place to escape into my hobby activities so first off at the top of the stairs

My entertainment area with TV, Dvd, and VHS. Reference, Sci-fi and pulp books on the right. Before the easy chair is my portable paint station

to the left I have my primary paint table. The shelf just to the left is my unpainted mountian ( ok there is some in boxs under the table as well

To the left is the primary miniature  storage area 90 percent of that is painted. The book shelves on the right are minis those on the left contain rule books and most of my DVD collection

At the other end is an area where i set up a 4 x 4 game table when I am going to game. Here I have board games, Miniatures and the majority of my scenery items

Finally as yo look back towards the stairs you see I store plenty on the DVD shelves. I utilize as much of my space as possible.

Well that's the tour. Now back to reducing the Mountian of lead and plastic. :D
