Wonderful scenery as always, midismirnoff. Certainly an envy.

Some nice scenery there, where did the cracked roadway come from or was it scratchbuilt?

I'll have to innovate it a bit to keep reaping your consensus  :)

The cracked tarmac is a very thin cork tile cracked and then re-glued in place. The tile itself is already textured as it is some "natural looking" brand.

I agree, great terrain. A few words about what we can actually see in the pictures would be nice.

I am very interested your terrain - is it a set of modular boards that fit together?

You're right, I'll post it on the blog though. This just wanted to be a teaser.

Yes, it's a 6 squares modular terrain, I'll have to portrait them alone, as more people are asking me about that. All of them are 60x60 cm 5mm MDF boards, pre-cut at my DIY store. There are four are crackled tarmac areas, made by glueing thin natural cork over the panels, painted, flocked. The traffic lines are made with one of these.
The Wooden areas are just sanded and flocked. On them I applied small magnets, to keep the antenociti's trees from always falling down.
The cork buildings are, of course, Matakishi-inspired (but not as beautiful).

That's it, I'll take better pics of the panels, if you have more specific question, just ask.

Fantastic and very atmospheric.
