for painting, I have long hesitated before painting, it must be about a year or two that I have at the bottom of the window. not easy to address as subject. I know roughly how are the war paint and tattoos, but the return on a 28mm figure, is another story

So lovely that I enlarged the image for a closer look.  The 'blue ink' tats are especially effective.  8)

Very well painted indeed. I would like to paint some myself but the thought of painting tattoos and warpaint always put me off… someday maybe…

how are the beautiful, yet strikingly colored leggings to be interpreted?
trade cloth? good leather dye?

just curious, cause I've only seen dull leather colours until now

Dyed leather (usually black IIRC) and trade cloth were both employed.
