28mm "UK Police Box" decals now in stock
« on: July 31, 2010, 09:05:50 AM »
These just arrived today and I added them to the store:

We used a nice metallic gold ink instead of the yellow, which turned out very nicely.

I also hope to have my Fenris Police Box all painted up with the decals applied this weekend for some sample pics.

Damn, I recently bought the Hornby one as I couldn't do the signage on the Fenris one.............

Great stuff, Brent.

I also have a Fenris Police Box, but I've delayed painting it as I can't paint lettering etc to save my life.

This set will be invaluable  :D

I'm also very tempted by some of the WWII infantry decals. I could use them on my Future Wars stuff.

Actually, looking down your decals page, there is a ton of stuff I could use. This could get very expensive  lol

Brent, I can see I'm going to have to get stock of these from you to sell in conjunction with the police box.... 8)

I wouldn't advertise those as TARDIS decals... or say that Fenris make anything other than a police box...

I'd like to thank Michael Garza "Heldrak" for donating his time to help me pre-fit and size the decals to fit the Fenris Police box.  Though I'd imagine they'd work with any police box in 28mm scale.

Michael, your free set is n the mail :D

Managed to get my Fenris Police Box started.  Here's some pics with the decals applied, and a shot of the decal set for reference and scale.

Close up of the Fenris piece with the decals applied.

Shot of the decal sheet with a Hasselfree mini and the box for a size reference on what's on the sheet.

Now I just need a proper UK police car...  I've found US modern cars in 1/55 scale at architectural model supply shops...I need a resource for UK cars though.

It's on the Fenris webiste:

http://www.fenrisgames.com/home/contactus.html

Also another plea, make sure you advertise them as suitable for 1/55 scale glasgow police boxes. ;)
