Fat Zombie
« on: July 23, 2010, 09:48:09 PM »
Recently taking pics of my figures has been driving me nuts! Tried a whole new approach tonight and got much better results. Here's a new pic of my fat zombie with the colours pretty much how they actually are:

Still got some nasty shadows in the background but I think I can get rid of them. Here's the old pic:

What do people think? Better, same as, worse, couldn't care less... ;)

cheers

Lovely stuff. What's your recipe for the jeans if you don't mind sharing?

Waiter, my soup is giggling.

Vallejo night blue mixed with white and a tiny amount of black to deaden the blue. Mix white for the highlights. I painted the lightest colour along the edges of the pockets, seams etc then stained them in places with ink washes. Looking at the pic I probably should have dirtied the jeans up a lot more!

He's absolutely foul, in a splendidly zombified way, of course  lol

He looks like he's had a bad pie or two after a Newcastle Utd game and suffered the consequences  :o

The denim effect is very effective, possibly the best I've seen yet.

That is truly revolting - in a good way, of course. What the hell is that huge, veined, fleshy monstrosity that looks for all the world - and I'm sorry that somebody has to say it - like a hairless tumescent scrotum on steroids after a week's beating with a baseball bat? It's truly disturbing - great job!

You have a smashing range, Blackstone :)
I would like to have a Son of Shoggoth as well, will it appear in your shop or do I need to pm you?

By the way, your zombie-range is numbered a bit odd, would that imply that you have at least five more packs to release? ;)
