Bravo..... I had the original die cast toy and loved it literally to bits. Great to see it reincarnated.

I know it featured in JD, however the original corgi version had a rocket launcher on top of the commander vehicle. Just a small one. Sort of TOW type thingy.

Anyways, brilliant!

It was matchbox(tm) not Corgi - part of their "Adventure 2000" line.
Corgi had a lot of other SF related and licenced toys, though.
