Taking a break from building my "Gunther" mech I painted up a Werewolf from the Westwind "Secrets of the Third Reich" range. I quite like the pose on this fella.

That is nice (and a great paint job PM). He looks vicious and the pose is excellent.

I wasn't sure if I liked the figs when I saw them on the West Wind site, but now that I see one painted up expertly by you....DAMN!!!

Nice one.  :)  I think these are great Werewolves.

Cool! I just do not like the Warmachine style base... :?

My version (with a proper base!) next weekend...

Thanks for the comments! :)

Agis: I quite like the moulded bases, but they don't suit everything or everyone. I found that when this guy was on a regular base, because of his stance, he was a little unsteady. The base is a little larger and he doesn't fall over!
Look forward to seeing yours! :)

The comments about the bases is more or less a running gag of mine ( I am complaining on nearly all forums about the new style bases), no offence intended! :)

And BTW, my mini is based on one of the 4cm GW style bases because of the dynamic pose of the mini...

Agis, No offence taken! "Horses for Courses" as they say :)

Thanks Majorsmith. Agis is bang on. The Wolfies are quite a bit bigger than stuff like their Zombies etc.

The 'base' wars are beginning....

I really dig this guy Pappa!  Westwind puts out some fantastic stuff, but you never really get to see a decent pic of them until someone paints them up.
