Eagle make British infantry in bicornes and long tailed coatsf or the 1790s.
http://eaglefigures.co.uk/ As Adam points out for the tropics you really want figures in round hats and/or the short round about jacket. The familiar closed and laced, Napoleonic style jacket came in around 1798 IIRC. In 28mm Redoubt do a range for Wellington in India and two Dragons did a similar range in 15mm. The latter included figures in later style jackets, some codes wearing bicornes others a variety of round hats, including the crested version for Grenadier and Light companies.
Eureka have the British on their to do list. It can't be too far off, as they seem to have covered most of the French, Austrians and Russians in fairly quick time.
