It's a nice glasshouse but we're again in my specialism, I won't critique it here though as it's very nice, I'll send you a PM  ;)
With some slight changes I'd like some :D

Looks bloody brilliant, mate.
Proper pukkah!
 :-* 8) :-*

Not sure what Nottingham's answer to Alan Titmarsh is talking about as it looks like a simplified version of the conservatory at the Horniman...

.....and that is the original from old Mr H's back garden.
 ;)

 lol lol lol

Mama Does Mambo Number 5!

 :D

Sorry for the derailment, mate, couldn't resist.
Back to the lovely glasshouse....

I've left the ornate giants alone as there are some hugely impressive ones out there and focussed my reply (would you like a copy too?) on 'small' garden types which would be more relevant. I've also left it off here so as not to derail or inflame....
Besides, I'm terrible with the latin names etc for plants, I'm better with the history and science.

I didn't even touch on the fact that he's backed a building up to his parterre. Such a fashion disaster!

I was only pulling your leg, mate.
You know far more than I ever will.
 ;)

But you can always rely on James to put his parterre in the wrong place.

Well, people who model glass houses shouldn't throw cannonballs or something to that effect.  lol

If you don't have enough time for a full complement, a handful of larger potted shrubbery ought to give an impression of use.

Worst case scenario and you don't get time to do Flora: Chuck some brightly coloured aquarium plants in it as examples of almost extinct Martian native plant life.
It would look good on the table as a splash of colour.

Just a thought.....

Hmm, not keen on fish tank plants I'm afraid. We did have some simple ideas tonight though at the 'photo shoot'  ;)

The sad thing is I'm not going to be able to play on it all  :'(

Thanks Giles but I'll pass, not keen on fishy plants.

Funnily enough, we were discussing next years Salute games (note the plural...).

cheers
