Nice model but this is a proper man's pumping station  lol

Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

Loooong overdue update  ::)

With the clock ticking I need to get the final peices finished off so I don't get moaned at (you hear that? You know who you are...)  lol

The corner section for New Victoria is just about complete, it just needs the corners filling in and the door adding but the door will go on after it's been sprayed for simplicity. Some heavy artillery in the form of a Parrot gun but whether it will shoot down any skiffs is another question.

Simple card construction.

And then clad in stone sheeting with relevant details from styrene (both microstrip and sheet).

Of course it'll look much better with a lick of paint on it  :)

I'm hoping to get some of it set up during the week but we'll have to wait and see, I've still got the samurai table out and we've only got so much room in the lounge  lol

cheers

James

Looking brilliant. ;D

I was only thinking yesterday what firepower do we have to knock out the skiffs. I had forgotten about the Parrot gun(is it a Norwegian Blue?). :)

The sun is shining today so you will be able to get into the garden to do some spraying.

Now what are you doing reading this? Get back to work. Six days to go now. :o

Parrot gun? It's nice, but no way it's going to hit Martian Skiffs  lol

You want Hotchkiss rotary cannons for that! I also know you have some :)
So many projects..... so little time.......

Knowing nothing about Parrot guns - what's makes it onet? That band around it or the carriage maybe?

I do know the space allotted it on jimbibbly's masterpiece is barely large enough!!  :o  :o

Have spent some time reading this thread - but it was worth it.
