Excellent work Andy  8)

I don't want to be a uniform nazi, but shouldn't Tintin's jumper be blue  ;)
Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

Hi to all,

Actually, if I remember correctly, in his earlier adventures (as on the cover of Cigars of the Pharaoh) Tintin did wear a yellow t-shirt with the usual brown pants and white socks. The blue jumper with a white shirt underneath came later. I'm no Tintinologist though, so feel free to correct me if you know more.

Yours truly,

Sir Dryden

ahh, well he wears a blue jumper in alot of my tintin books but no tie, the figure wears a tie so i went for the yellow/mustard sweater instead, plus everyman and his dog paints their tintins with blue sweaters  ;)

The detective and the civi are very effective use of restrained/subdued colors.  To my mind they look very noire.  I appreciate the ability to resist using overly bright colors to highlight, though they certainly have their place too. Nice work!

That private dick is a real work of art. Love the expression on his mug. Pure Raymond Chandler in lead.
