Building Time.

I'm going to state my intention to make a better Victorian Clock than the one I already have (see pic - this one stands at New Greenwich on Venus).  It's really badly modelled and it bugs me, not a straight line on it, even after being thoroughly filed, painted and generally 'de-christmased'. I reckon I can do better
