15mm Water Tank

hi!

watching for the 3rd time Cast Away, i managed to sculpt something ... well, pretty small.

the final object should be a multi part (around 7 i guess) water tank, meant to be placed over buildings roofs or over a small tower.


needs some details more to be added, but it is quite a nice start.






all made in plasticard and some copper.
all the plasticard was texturized to make the wooden grane, i think the better effect i've ever seen for 15mm stuff.
maybe a bit to fine for 28, i've still to try (and actually i'm in love with balsa... )

hey, nice start! but I think the roof couldn't be moldable, because of the two planks on the top of it.

it will, believe me. i've moulded much harder stuff! ;P

i will pour the silicon, after ready i'll cut off the unwanted parts... better than filling them before mould, it works pretty clean and nice!

the first part of the tower is moulded and casted.

al my resin was gone, so i used ceramics. not the same, but still enought to give some impressions...




now the basement part and the tube are missing.

it is pretty small, the painting isn't as good as i hoped, but... that's not my job! ;(
