So we placed an order on March 20th for nineteen minis. We got a prompt notice that the order was being processed and just today - April 7 - we received notice that the order has shipped.

That's 18 days to cast up and organise an order with both variety and repetition of models. Seems reasonable.

Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

Yeah I just received my order, the time between the shipped notification and arrival wasn't bad at all.  I was a bit "late to the party" on joining the big order backlog that built up while they had resin supplier troubles, so I'm not surprised that the processing to shipped time took as long as it did.  I would order from them again, problem being that I bought just about everything I wanted in one fell swoop.  lol

Order received today. Really beautiful minis.  :-*

Two items were short-listed, but I was notified by email a week ago that this would be the case and that the rest of the order would be sent on shortly.

All in all, I'm pleased with the level of communication and especially with the quality of the sculpts & casting.

It's seeming more and more like people's troubles with them were due to real problems with the business and now that those are solved, things are being handled very well.  :)

Now that is amazing! Can he be used for fantasy gaming? I don't see any pistols or anything modern in the pics. Definately on my wish list! Keep up the good work!

Edit:I can't find him anywhere on your website. When is he for sale?

I like that a lot  :)

I intend to get some shieldmaidens for my Blood Eagle Vikings at some point (the overall plan is to slowly expand them into a full SAGA force), and this one should come in handy!
