You can buy most of the Brother Vinni`s stuff in the store to which I gave you a link earlier, they usually got a good selection of Brother Vinni`s stuff.

Nothing so really esoteric.

Just usual shadow play sign wich parents sometimes shows to small children to entertain them.

Interesting indeed, however, to get the most of that pose, you'd have to base her before a wall or panel and use OSL to create the shadow (something I won't even consider).
From what I can see on the pics, I doubt that even a few would understand what she's representing, which would make it a good conversation starter
