Whatever happened to Von Unspeakable or whatever it is called?

It has been awhile since Strange Aeons has produced a supplement. Is there something coming soon?

Will the new(?)SA rules announced to be in an upcoming comic(?) be available through Uncle Mike's online store?

Shocking Tales #2 will be along in April or May of next year. Lots of crazy stuff. Black Dossier Case Files, new Special Agents, more new Lurkers than you can shake a shotgun at...plus! Dinosaurs. And of course the second part of 'The Council Of Thirteen'...got the fantastic cover image kicking around the shop. May post a preview once the whole thing gets pieced together as the final cover.

Typing up 'Von Unaussprechlichen Kulten' and have a basic draft almost done. This will be released for Worldwide Playtest, then the results tabulated, changes made, sacrifices sacrificed...and then (much) later the final glorious and frankly, evil as hell, book will be released on an unsuspecting world! ...well, sorta suspecting.

And, 'no' those rules and model are only available via Strange Aeons Magazine. However, the rules will eventually see re-print at some far future date...as for The King...who can say. The mold is burned out, the world will only see 100 for a very long while. You had best order one...the dreams, the maddening dreams will haunt you if you don't!

Also, plan on taking a bite out of Victorian Vampirism and shooting a hole through the Weird West as well...Both of these are partially written, no art, no models...no production...yet. Expect these to be 'add on' rules that will run on the core Strange Aeons framework and be available as PDFs and possibly a very limited print run. Titles:

Grim Prairie Tales

Peerless Vampire Hunters

...but that's enough of that for now. back to typing rules. Coffee breaks over.  :?

First draft of V.U.K. is finished.  :P

Really pleased with how it's coming together...hope to have a 'playtest' package ready in a few months.

...before X-mas? Who can say?

I don't quite... is it a wordplay on fearless?? Or is it a reference to some pop-culture flick...?

Looking forward to the ST#2 - I'm halfway through the moving business (now we just need to get the old place completely emptied, get the phone company to move our phone/web connection, and give the inside of the house a makeover....  :` ) - and I actually managed to get some work done on my 3x3 table for SA, SBH, LotRBC, and other skirmish-stuff, so I hope to get stuck in with some gaming again, soon...

I have a pending task for the Treshold team, though, as one (freshly painted  >:( ) member got killed last time - so I have to re-equip, and thus paint up at least another agent (I know, I COULD just use the same mini, againn, but it just would not FEEL right  ;D  )
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

I believe Uncle Mike was making a sly reference to Roman Polanski's offbeat 60's vampire flick, The Fearless Vampire Killers: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061655/

That is correct Zenwired. Pretty terrible flick with a few fun moments, best Dracula ever (next to Chris Lee...Obviously), great score and fantastic sets. Worth a look on evenings gloomy.

Aaaah.. see, I didn't get it, because I never watched that one with the original soundtrack/title, but only dubbed on German TV (and the German title is somewhat different, IIRC). Most of my classic movie experience/knowledge comes from watching German TV in the 70's and up through the early 80's  :)

I actually believe that someone made some minis based on the main characters? Anyone remember who it is? My first guess would be Blue Moon... I'll go check!

Can you hint at, how many models will be needed for a starting cult on average?

If I can get enough Lurkers ready, I'd be happy to do some testing - we should be settled in at the new place (first pics here, if anybody would like to see what I'm ranting on about all the time. http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=22876.0 ) all right by then, and my gaming table should be ripe with action.

If it's ready before November 26th, I could even bring the test rules and some minis to Horisont II (2nd Danish convention for 'alternative' wargaming) in Esbjerg to get some inputs from fellow 'alternative' gamers here in Denmark, other than myself and my regular adversary, but I'd then really need to know the necessary number of minis approximately. NO unpainted minis are allowed there.  ;)
