« on: September 12, 2010, 02:47:13 PM »
BMI Bargians had 6 of these in at £1.99 so I bought 2 and they came up as £1 so I bought all 6......lost one to my children but the KKB scenarios should be endless  lol

Fortunately held together by 2 normal screws instead of those blasted triangle shaped ones thta I can't find a tool for   >:(

Now I just need the money to get Whifwaff to sculpts my aqua legions   :'(

That's a nice find - menacing black / dark blue for the bad guys and white for the good by any chance?

As for the screws try a hunt such as http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=m570&_nkw=triangle+head+screwdriver

You may find that the size you need is T2.3 or T3 - just hope its not a security screw (with a bobble in the centre) as \i have never found a triangle security driver  :'(

Moving along slightly...the plastic on the propellor section is a swine to get rid of molds lines but it's still fun. Can't think of a design for the pilot's clothing logo   :-I

Lots of filling to do on the main section. Maybe needs more rivets?

I only just noticed this, and I must say, beautiful job, lad. Just awesome.

I am going to have to not look for one of those, because I have enough projects to work on right now.

A simple stylized octopus, kraken, or squid.

Fantastic work by the way. Can't wait to see it finished.
