The second AAR of my experimental fantasy campaign, using a mixture of rulesets from THW.

Kool, I just set my bloger to fallow berans adventers.
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

Cool story and battle report, what system are you using?

As the message says, a mixture of THW rulesets. You can read it here, together with the first encounter of Beran.

I love this idea.

Especially the few-minis scenario caught my attention. I think I have to experiment with rpg-wargame crossover. Could be fun to have players doing 'adventure' games with each one hero/character, a bit like Hero Quest/AHQ/WQ, but with a more 'loose' wargaming approach...
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

Exactly, the idea is to play a hack and slay tactical role game with just a handful of miniatures. Only the main characters have stamina, wounds or dice pool, the minions die at the first strike.  :D
