Gauntlet International Russian Uniform Books
« on: October 15, 2010, 10:20:17 PM »
Does anyone know if Gauntlet International's Russian Uniform books in English are still available anywhere? I remember someone else was selling them after Craig moved on (?) I think but I don't remember who or where.

Thanks,

Hi Scott,

The books I've for the RCW in english I purchased through ABE Books.

They are a great source for reference.

Cheers,

Helen

Thanks Helen!
I bought two from Craig years ago - wish I bought them all at the time. You can find the Russian ones on Ebay, but that doesn't do much good as I can't read Russian LOL.

If your interest concerns paintings of figures, I am ready to pick up for you variants of their authentic colouring. Address, I will be glad to help.

Indeed... cuprum will always help. I am very thankful for all the information on the sailors. Cuprum and Mark Plant are absolute treasures of RCW knowledge. And of course Grenadier Christian has also been very helpful with my Bolsheviks. Should you not find the information you need in a book, the LAF will usually not disappoint!

Hi cuprum,
Thanks for the kind offer it is very much appreciated. I found a place in UK that has them with English text translated by Tom Hillman. Thank Remington; this forum is the best.
