I've always gotten everything in short order honestly. But I email them to death *BEFORE* I order and make sure it's 100% squared away and then give them my money.

I have the same experience as AEG and 2GB. Every order I've made has been despatched quickly and any missing figures have been sent within a week or two. On one notable occasion I ordered some Silurians which were out of stock in the UK. They were sent from the US and arrived a week after the UK portion of the order!

I think it's that inconsistency in their mail-order system that is most maddening. Knowing that they can do a great job, but too often don't  ::)

Well a mate of mine put in a decent order for Zulus about a year ago and yesterday the finally pack of mounted figures arrived. It does kind of put you off - I certainly wouldn't give them an order and they do loads of stuff i'd buy.

 lol

I definitely seem to have been lucky up to now.

I know what you're thinking. "Did he receive six BTD orders or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

Go ahead, make my day  lol
