I've learned one should never take anything from the fact that you yourself can see the picture. It doesn't mean anyone else can. Your PC will have stored a version of it away in its temporary internet files or whatever when you first viewed it and can call it up from there (or something like that, anyway). That won't work for anybody else if there is some problem with the link.

Hopefully we'll be able to see the whole thread as originally intended now you've got the hang of it.

Yes, I use a Vario Masterclass airbrush, which is quite old and not that good. I am getting a Iawata next, which means I will be able to do really detailed cammo patterns.

I have a lot of german vehicles on my workbench at present, which need this.

thanks for your kind comments

Thanks for the comments - nearly finished a batch of infantry, and will post some more images of the DUKW.

The foliage is laser cut paper ferns from:

Thanks for your kind comments.

I have done all my Aussie stuff as 6th Div do far as my clients wanted those for family reasons. I notice your avatar is the 9th Inf Div marking. Did you have a relative serve in this?

I will be doing a few more Austrailan subjects soon - so watch this space.

Here is the DUKW with a US dodge.

Really nice figures. The bases of the infantry troops are very well done. ;)

The ferns come as sheets of white paper, lazer cut. You spray them with green paint, I find ink works well. I use the ink bottles you can buy in cheap stores for refilling ink cartridges. You could propably do this by hand if you do not have an airbrush.

When dry, you snip the connecting pieces of paper and then roll the ferns with a cocktail stick to get that bend.

Then a blob of pva and stick a few in by the stems. Once dry you can possition them - they are quite tough.

Alternativly you can buy finished figures of your choice from me at Battlewagons!

Here are some Russians I did for a guy in the US.
