Chainmail Orc Barbarian

Hello! Here's something I've painted recently:

A bit of a dodgy photo, but I'll take a better one when I have more figs finished!

Yeah, the War Ape figure is my favourite. They have some shonky ones too, though. I thought this one looked weird until I started painting it, though.

Good thing is, a shop I visit every now and then has them on clearance for a few bucks. I think the Drazen's Horde box this guy came out of was about $10.

Yeah same here. Though i picked up the 7 man set some months back i scored some more at Fall In this past weekend. Got 2x of the 4 man sets for 5 bucks for both. Then picked up the entire dwarf line for Chainmail, all painted very well, for less than a buck a fig. Got to love when the seller just wants to unload them and not carry them back home. :-)

Nice work - his face reminds me a little of the old GW Snakebite Space Orks - must be the beard!

This guy looks great in real life :-)

I'm working on his mate - I shall call him Orc Shaman with Dragon-bone Staff as I have no idea what his real name is!  ;D Let's hope he turns out as good!

Hmm, I've got no pics of him yet....might have to get onto that soon, hey?
