WAAAAAY cool! I wish there was a specialist webstore for these kind of films (with subtitles). That "under the sun somthing-something" costs an arm and a leg and only comes for region 1 (fucking region coding, it is so useless). Or is there one?

Hammers,

If you mean "White Sun of the Desert" my wife bought my copy for about $20 US through Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/White-Sun-Desert-Anatoli-Kuznetsov/dp/B0000YEDM2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1288696608&sr=8-1 Mine is Region 1, but maybe there are other options out there?

This site: [url][http://www.russiandvd.com/store/product.asp?sku=32860&genreid=&genresubid=/url] seems pretty good, although they don't mention what region theirs are.

I don't see anything out there for "Wreck Emirate" or anything close unfortunately.

Oh yeah, thanks Cuprum for the inspiring pictures!

Cuprum - great stills and a lot of ideas for figures.  I take it the last picture is meant to be Enver Pasha.

Thank you, cuprum. Those would make a nice addition to wargaming. Yet another faction that could fight the Bolsheviks. Pity the Bolsheviks don't have such variety on their side (Politically that might sound dodgy but you know what I mean :D ).

"Wreck Emirate" a rare film. I searched for it about one year in Russia! In it few art advantages, but are close to reliability the uniform and fine battle scenes is represented.
The film to me managed to be received only in the form of a copy through one of acquaintances on correspondence. ???
Very much I hope, that I will manage to capture in the figures all theme of Bukhara army further.
Actually at army Red too big enough variety in uniforms.
I now will show you still something. ;)

I would appreciate it if you could show me something of that variety in the red army. I always thought it's very straightforward and one sided. For gaming purposes it's a pity though, that all foreign interventionists were on the White side.
