Weren't the King of France's bodyguards called archers? It's been a long time but I think Scott's "Quentin Durward" was one of them. Lovely miniatures.

I like the theory that Alan Marsh was tuned to Radio 4 whilst sculpting them, although I must say they don't look terribly like everyday country folk.

Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual

Busy with real life. The mice aren't my thing, they look like they'll come up ok, the buck teeth put me off on some I think as not quite ok, but maybe a skilled painter will make good work of them. I won't be painting them this decade at my rate, so I'll never know. The resin rats have fragile ears, I lost 5 of the 6 in the packet, a little glueing and they'll be fine. I don't think the metal tail insert is quite perfect, but it does the job. Maybe green stuff for purists will seal if properly. There is some flash between legs on the mice, nothing significant, I did not remove it prior to photography.

I posted the ashigaru rabbits last time, the new pack had 4 figs not 5 like the last preview pack I got. The samurai rabbits are based ont he same bodies but with armour and swords of course.

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://www.kingdomtitans.ca/us/
