Another BP question

This may be a stupid question, but I suddenly realized that I may have been doing something wrong:

When a model profile says: '1 common weapon choice', or '2 common weapon choices' is that and/or are those included in the cost of the model?

And then only if you buy additional weapons, their cost is added?

I ask, because I have been adding the cost of weapons for for instance the Cult Leader and Cultists, but I now suspect this to be wrong.

Pretty sure the weapons are included in the BP cost.

Yup. Those weapon choices that appear on the starting Lurker profile are 'free'...just so they have at least something to fight with. You are free to buy more exotic weapons if you wish...for the points indicated.

Having been exposed to a lot of beardy GW fanboys over the years, my mind always interpretes a rule as a restriction, is there but the slightest hint of it.
