Dr H over on Dakka Dakka has made toilets that coincidently look like those found in Fallout 3/New Vegas. Send him a PM over on that forum for information.

£0.80 (each) / £2 (for 3)

His other items (crates of various sizes, plus another, smaller, toilet) are also available through his thread too. He's intending to make other Fallout inspired objects like a bath and sink, plus some scatter objects, but is open to suggestions on other pieces.

You can buy the large and small ones as individual packs as well. :)

Not figures, but some useful bits on Zinge's small parts sprues :
canteen, powerpack, grenade, stick of TNT and beer bottle on the SF&Modern day sprue and eggs, lanterns and mushrooms on the fantasy sprue
There's also a mad scientist sprue which contains lots of stuff to detail building interiors :

Ground Zero Games do a selection of 25mm miniatures (though they fit in with 28mm easily). Amongst them are some fellows in environmental suits, survivalists, swat teams, robots, red necks, and well loads of pulpy models. Their site isn't the best, but there may be something interesting in there for people. Ah, and the images aren't great either, but they can be painted up quite well if you're willing.

Uh, what's with the head? Right, whatever, its Vinni. I suppose a brain's not too difficult to sculpt. Still, odd. I suppose the dome was too difficult.

Or he doesn't want IP troublers.

Sorry, i dont get the sarcastic tone in this post. Usually he gets blasted for the nekkid females he sculpts. He does something that cant possibly be mistake for said nekkid female sculpt and he gets the above comment. What is wrong with the Crawler Cyborg? A bubble dome would have been nice but not necessary since the head is wearing a breather mask. :-)

I was referring to Vinni occasionally oddly deviating from the original designs. Like I said, replacing the dome with a head was presumably because he didn't want to sculpt the dome, I donno. It wouldn't have been because of any IP infringements. I mean the guy doesn't give a damn for anyone's IP until the owners pull him up for it (like with the XCOM minis and a few others). I wasn't being sarcastic mind you. When I said that a brain could be sculpted I was referring to myself, not him. He could've sculpted a brain himself easily, but he chose to go for the head instead, for whatever reason.

Whatever, I have two ordered in any case.

I´ve brains like sand on the beach ;-) The fitting Domes are linked in my Fallout thread. I had just trouble with the casting of other modelparts, but the brainparts of my Robobrain could be spreaded in the world.

....does that mean you cant get his 'space troll' anymore?

Nah. The troll was available for a short term, but was quickly removed. I think Vinni also had other Xcom miniatures in the works too. Who know what he'll do with them. Most of the stuff he makes is for commissions, they just appear on his web store as it provides a discount to the commissioner if he retails copies. However I don't know whether someone's been commisioning his Nuclear Sandlot range, as its rather a large number of models, and Vinni isn't cheap.

Oh and DELTADOG, I may well take you up on snatching a pair of those brains. Tune into my thread (whenever the horrible Russian shipping delivers my order) for the mating of the two. ^^'

Abberant Games seem to have some usable models. These two strike me easily workable with Fallout though. They have a whole post apocalyptic range in 20mm (I think the models below are 28mm), but I've found that some of the vehicles work with 28mm too.
