I love these ground-level shots - a decent phone camera can give surprisingly good results and can get into areas a proper camera won't fit in.

I've taken the liberty to play with one of your pics - I think it's nice to get ride of the background in ground-level shots. What do you think?

If you object to me interfering with your work, let me know and I'll take it down right away.

Doug

Nice job.  :D

Is that original memorabilia in the background?

It makes my handful of bullets and a button look a bit thin. I only ask because Ron Field lives only a mile away.

Gorgeous work on your blog - some I've seen before here and marvelled at. Do you game with them or are they purely display items?

With the collection of items on your wall, it's not necessarily an improvement to clean up the backgrounds on your photos - maybe I should just leave well alone... :)

Hi Doug,
Thanks for the comments...I game once in a while, but most of the time I'm building things or painting.
