Black Steam
« on: December 18, 2011, 04:37:54 PM »
A bit of a Christmas party in the Basement of Rabbits featuring some early experiments with using the Black Powder rules for large VSF battles.

My Indian Army is claiming a stunning victory over Chairface's Dutch and Sterling Moose's Russians.

Lovely report.

The Da Vinci tanks are from Black Army Productions, but it seems no one have had luck to contact him lately.

I like the pictures, what a variety of figures!

Not the Dutch's finest hour but a great time. Thanks James.

Thanks for sharing James, looks like good fun.

Fond memories of that basement and some spectacular homemade soup.

Latest reports from Russia say that the British claims are false and that it was, in fact, a stunning victory for the Russians and their allies.

Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly
down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red
Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture,
torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals.

Well TC I'm sure we can arrange some more soup once you get back over here!

And SM if the Russian objective was to eliminate their Dutch allies then , yes I guess it was a victory.  :D

I would love to hear more about using Black Powder for your games. I really like the rules and it would be perfect being able to use them for VSF.

Love the poodle.  :D

Thanks! It was one of the few figs I had left at the end of the game.  ;)
