Very nice figures :-* :-* :-*
What make are they?
I have to agree with redzed though, there are a lot of tokens and it spoils the pictures a bit.

Like any individual activation game one can use loads of tokens, OS is the same but you really don't need them with 10 a side - but they come with the book so it almost feels rude not to use them. We don't use them as we have scenic markers for pinned and wounds etc.

I have a feeling he was using them as they were working through the rules and to start with it helps you remember what is what.

It's like Rich says more or less. I'm starting with this new system and we need to mark everything to avoid mistakes. I guess that in tournaments the markers will be needed as well.
The figures come from different brands and are painted by Studio Porto and not by me (I wish I could paint like that)

isn't possible to have a billboard with all the members and their status?

so you can have a much better looking table, without forgetting status and activations!

You can play without any markers really ... always surprises me when people use chits and not scenic markers or nothing. I have seen people playing MY rules (Flying Lead) with markers all over the place (someone even makes markers for them) which always amazes me as we have never used any!

I suspect it is more important when playing someone you do not know - "No I 'ran' with them last action' type situation!

I get everybody's point, yet some games need less tokens than others. I prefer the former.
